The 130-degree adjustable passive infrared sensor (PIR) illuminates as motion is detected up to 30 feet away and turns off automatically after 20 seconds once motion has stopped during nighttime hours. The motion detector is not activated during daylight hours to conserve battery life and a convenient indicator lights up when batteries are low. The light is IP65-rated, water and dust proof, which means it is ideal for outdoor use. It requires 4 D cell batteries (not included). This product is covered by a 3-year limited warranty.
