Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original condition with all packaging and accessories
- Unused and undamaged
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, light bulbs (from our Light Bulbs category) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival.
Easy Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of delivery.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Philadelphia facility (return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error).
- Receive Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Options
You may choose your preferred carrier for returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please follow the same return process above. Include a note specifying the replacement item you’d like. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product (including ceiling fans, indoor/outdoor lighting, or work lights), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
