Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories
  • Items must be unused and undamaged
  • Original receipt or order confirmation required
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, light bulbs (from our Light Bulbs category) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival

Easy Returns Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Philadelphia facility (return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error).
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
